2017 BMW 340i requested a Full Synthetic Oil and Filter Service and a track inspection. We did our full digital vehicle inspection and completed the track inspection and documentation required by the vehicle owner to participate in a track day at a local race track.
Oil & Filter Service
Since we are a German auto specialist, we use vehicle manufacturer-specified oil and oil filters. Almost all German vehicles have a specific oil formula and oil weight. The required oil will differ depending on the vehicle production date and engine option. We stock the correct oil and oil filter for each vehicle brand, year, and model.
Using incorrect oil on German vehicle engines can cause engine sludge and extensive engine wear damage. BMW engines are considered high-performance and require an oil filter that can withstand the high pressures and oil flow rates that BMW engines have.
BMW Oil & Filter Service Cost
Our BMW Oil and Filter Service price varies with the year, model, and option level of your BMW. We do not have a flat price for all BMW years and models since they differ greatly in the labor and parts needed. Special track prep services are priced separately. Please contact us, and we will provide a BMW oil change price for your vehicle.

Digital Inspection
As part of our oil and filter change service, we perform a comprehensive digital inspection and provide a full report with photos and videos to the customer. Monitoring your vehicle's operational condition and maintenance requirements helps our customers maintain and care for their high-value automobiles.
Our service technicians document each inspection point and provide written comments on any recommended repair or service.
Recommended services are prioritized with an urgency rating scale of Low, Medium, or High.
A Low rating is not considered urgent and should be checked at the next oil service inspection.
A Medium rating is not urgent but requires close monitoring and possible service or repair in the near future. Recommendations will be provided on how soon medium-rated issues should be inspected again.
A High rating requires immediate attention. These reported issues are usually a safety concern or will cause further damage or problems if not repaired as soon as possible.
Customers can decline or approve any service or repair recommendations. Our courtesy inspections are provided with no obligation.
